Here are some photos from 4F. We are learning how to perform a group dance inspired by animals that we might see at the zoo.

      Reading New Rhino Reader books have now been updated onto your child's Twinkl account and are ready for you to access.  This week we are reading: 'Up and Away'(Level 6), 'Do snails have feet?' (Level 5) and 'A cure for Ben' (Level 3) Please continue to write in your child's diaries when they have read to you.   Spellings Week 2 - Spring 1        autumn gone know   colour other does We will go through these spellings together on Tuesday 21st January 2025 We would also like to see the practising of spellings within sentences ,   alongside the spellings practise. The children need to be able to apply these spellings confidently when writing. They may write these spellings on a lined piece of paper at home and leave them in their diaries to be checked on Tuesdays. 

 We had live action warm up before looking at dividing by 10.

 Year 4's new ICT unit is based around 3D design and we had a very successful first session. As you can see, it was a very purposeful session with some excellent results.

 Today, the children had their first lesson of sewing.  The children had to show perseverance and resilience with this task as it was quite tricky. 

 Year 4's new P.E. theme is to be aware of those around us when playing team games and to use this understanding to be more successful. Our first game was Hyena Rock where our hyenas had to dodge past the lions to get to the safe area.
