TCS mini London Marathon

 Today, we launched our very own mini marathon challenge as part of the TCS Mini London Marathon for schools.  More than 600,000 children take part in the event every year.

Over the next few weeks lots of us will take up the challenge to run, walk, jog, skip or wheel our way around a 2.6 mile course.  This means 9 laps of the school boundary (within the school grounds)!

Each child that completes the challenge receives a certificate!

This was introduced to the children in assembly today and there is already much excitement! A tally of completed punch cards will be kept on the sports board so the children can see how many of them have already completed the challenge.
