Stow Maries
Yesterday, year 3 thoroughly enjoyed their school trip to Stow Maries. Some of the facts which 3A learnt, included: learning about World War 1, which started in 1914 and finished in 1918, German people were able to paint their planes whatever colours they wanted to and they didn't have parachutes during the war. The children enjoyed exploring old trucks, such as ambulances and another vehicle which was found in a field and restored. Making paper aeroplanes and flying them was also a highlight, as well as, the flight simulator, pedal aeroplanes and dressing up in the museum!
