We have had another busy week with the addition of a visit to Church, card-making for Mother's Day and some litter picking! 

Book focus:  we have been reading a rap this week: The Three Billy Goats Get Rough Rap.  Tomorrow, we are going to act it out. 



Maths focus: sorting (same and different), doubles, odd and even numbers.


PE focus: gymnastics, using apparatus to develop balance, control and coordination.  We are also working on our jumping so that we are landing safely on our feet, with bendy knees. 


PSHCE/The Natural World focus: caring for our world.  We have talked about other ways we can care for our world, using this brilliant book: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmNcToKvVZ4. We were a clean up crew and went litter picking on the pavements around school. 






We have daily Phonics, handwriting, reading and writing sessions.
