Danbury Residential - Day 1

 After a quick trip down the A12, we all arrived safely at Danbury and were met by glorious sunshine.

Following a quick check in at our cabins and a chance to ready our beds we headed out in groups to start our activities.

The children have already shown some great resilience, teamwork, courage and excitement tackling the zip wire, high ropes and assault course!

They stayed focussed during archery and learnt some new life skills in bush craft!

After a hearty dinner and a torch-lit trip to the shower block, we all settled down for a game or two of bingo, a bedtime film and the promise of an early night (!) ready for a fun-packed morning of activities.
